Power of the Waters:
Mineral Springs Spa Resort & Casino
Not many tribal casino resorts can boast a natural mineral spring spa. So, the Spa Resort & Casino in downtown Palm Springs—the oldest casino resort in Southern California—is truly a unique experience right in the center of one of Southern California’s most famous resort towns!
The Spa Resort & Casino is located on the very spot where over 1000 years ago, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians rst discovered “Se-Khi” (boiling waters), the hot mineral springs for which Palm Springs was named. The Cahuilla considered the springs sacred, with great curative and restorative powers. It is said that the Tribe built a simple bathhouse on the site that is now the Spa Resort & Casino.
The award-winning Spa is a true oasis to experience the power of the waters. It offers water therapy, massage, skin and body treatments and “relaxation” packages. Complimentary guest activities include yoga, tai chi, water and regular aerobics all under the supervision of certi ed tness trainers.
With 230 luxury rooms and two restaurants, the Spa’s two casino areas have 1000 of the newest slots and table games. And the gorgeous Agua Caliente Casino in nearby Rancho Mirage, also owned and operated by the Agua Caliente Tribe, is just a
quick shuttle bus drive away. This is a perfect weekend getaway for Southern Californian women! Check out the Spa’s summer package rates.
Coming Soon: Southern California’s First Themed Casino Resort
Already one of California’s most successful casinos, Barona Casino’s $260 million expansion of the Barona Valley Ranch Casino Resort will take its guests back to California ranch living circa 1930. Created by the designers of the Paris Hotel & Casino, Treasure Island and Mirage, the ranch-themed resort pays tribute to the founding of the Barona Band of Mission Indians reservation in 1932.
Experience the mineral springs at the Spa Resort & Casino in Palm Springs— a perfect weekend for relaxation and play.
A collection of classic, aged ranch

ambiance of a by-gone era with a working
old mill waterwheel, stone silo, a restored barn and a period footbridge. The unique casino resort, built overlooking the multiple award-winning Barona Creek Golf Club, will have a lake front wedding chapel and a 12,500-sq.-ft. venue for concerts, special events and meetings.
