Take I-8 East to the Crestwood Road Exit (25 minutes east of Alpine).

Take I-8 East to the El Cajon Boulevard Exit. Go 3 blocks and make a right on Washington Avenue. Follow Washington through El Cajon where it turns into Dehesa Road.
