A note about Angus Beef: Known as the highest quality beef available, Angus Beef has standards
of excellence even more selective in marbling, maturity and leanness than usda choice.
e breakfast menu at Wachena Falls includes a variety of tasty items with two monthly specials, steak and eggs (yes, with Certi ed Angus Beef ), ve types of omelettes, and six specialty items including Prime Rib Hash ($8.25). A big favorite with Sycuan Casino regulars, the hash is prime rib sautéed with red skin potatoes and onions, topped with diced tomatoes, green onions and cilantro and served with two eggs and creamed horseradish sauce.
e lunch and dinner menus include appetizers, soups and salads, deli sandwiches, pastas, burgers,
and cold and hot sandwiches and entrees to make a dizzying delight of choices.
On the lunch menu, one of our favorites is the delectable Pecan Crusted Breast of Chicken ($9.95). Pan-seared with a candied pecan crust, the chicken breast is topped with a delicious blue cheese tapenade
sauce and served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. e New York Steak Fajitas, made with Angus Beef, are a must-order.
On the dinner menu “don’t miss” items include — once again — the famousAngusBeefsteaks–including a Pepper Crusted New York Steak, a char-broiled 12-oz. New York Strip steak with a blue cheese garlic sauce; a Top Sirloin 8-oz. steak, and a Jalapeno Rib Eye. All Steak entrees are served with fresh vegetables and choice of horseradish mashed potatoes, Yukon Gold scalloped or baked potatoes.
