CONTEST RULES
1. Contest ends July 31, 2006. All surveys must be postmarked or completed online no later than midnight on July 31, 2006.
2. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Winning entries will be drawn at random from all completed and valid entries received.
3. Contest is open to residents of Southern California. All contestants must be at least 21 years of age. The Southern California Gaming Guide employees, vendors, advertisers and their family members are not eligible for prize drawings.
4. Winners’ names will be posted on www.TheGamingGuide.com no later than October 1, 2006. Winners of the Super Jackpot and Jackpot prizes will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Lucky winners (Phantom EFX games) will receive prizes in the mail.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and substitutions of cash equivalent will not be offered. Each winner agrees that the Southern California Gaming Guide can use his/her name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. All participants agree to and are bound by official rules.
6. Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law. All Federal, State, Local laws and regulations shall apply.
