Although their goal was $40,000, team members at Agua Caliente Casino and Spa Resort Casino know the $37,306 they collected this year will still make a di erence. Altogether, they’ve given $128,469 to the
United Way over the past four years.

they make a difference in our community.”
The Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage and the Spa
Resort Casino in Palm Springs are owned and operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
Morongo Casino Resort Spa’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament Nets
T$120,000 for Charities
he Morongo Casino Resort Spa’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament was the largest in its decade-long history and bene ted four regional charitable organizations: the Ronald McDonald House of Loma Linda, the National Military Family
Association, the Trinity Children’s Foundation at Whitewater Junior/Senior High, and the Esperanza Firefighters Assistance Fund.
 e golf tournament, staged on June 15th at the PGA Golf Club of Southern California in Beaumont produced $30,200 for each charity from golf entry and sponsorship fees, plus entrants’ gambling revenue.  e more than $120,000 was a record for the event. Last year’s event raised $70,000.
 e Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda o ers a safe haven for families of children undergoing treatment for cancer and other serious illnesses.  e National Military Family Association is devoted to improving the quality of military family life.
 e Trinity Children’s Foundation at Whitewater Junior/Senior High prepares boys, ages 12–18, to be productive citizens in the workforce of the future.  e Esperanza Fire ghter Fund aids the families of the  ve  re ghters who lost their lives in the 2006 Esperanza Fire near Palm Springs.
 e Morongo Band of Mission Indians owns and operates Morongo Casino Resort and Spa in Cabazon, near Palm Springs.
