San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians Supports Local

he San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians was recently recognized by the Valley Center Lacrosse Foundation in thanks for their support of youth lacrosse in Valley Center, CA. Morgan Rogers, president of the Foundation, along with several Valley Center lacrosse players, personally presented President/CEO Joe Navarro and Vice
President Al Cope of the San Pasqual Casino Development Group, Inc., with a special custom wooden lacrosse stick signed by some of the youth players for their charitable contributions to the Foundation over the past three years.
“Since the Valley Center Lacrosse Foundation’s inception three years ago, the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians has shown us incredible support,” said Rogers.“ eir assistance has helped us to develop and expand our program to bene t even more local youth.”
e Valley Center Lacrosse Foundation was founded on November 2004 in Valley Center to promote youth lacrosse athletic programs and competitions in Valley Center. e Foundation currently includes girls’ teams at the junior high and high school level and a boys’ junior high level team.
