is month we feature the award-winning and transformed Valley View Casino. In six years Valley View Casino has garnered awards from our readers and from many other local and national publications. Valley View Casino’s dedication to its players’ enjoyment is evident in its new and recreated amenities. Southern California Gaming Guide readers have consistently voted Valley View Casino rst place Luckiest Casino for good reasons. And you can see some of them on pages 18 and 19. Valley View Casino may have a new look, but it has the same commitment to guest satisfaction that has made it one of Southern California’s favorite casinos.
e winter holidays are approaching rapidly, so we o er a Holiday Gift Guide on page 16. is is a list of gift ideas for the gamer in your life or maybe even for you?
We missed our press deadline last month to include photos of the winners of the drawing in our 2007 Best of Southern California Gaming Reader’s Choice contest. Four lucky winners received a combined total of $3,000 in the top prizes. We wanted to share the happy faces of the two Super Jackpot winners: Dennis
Villa of Glendale (pictured left) and Raymond Samatua of Orange (pictured right). Each of these lucky winners received a cashier’s check for $1,000 in a random drawing of the 2007 survey participants.
Some of our extended Southern California Gaming Guide family have loved ones or family members who are serving in the wars in Iraq
and Afghanistan, and we’d like to give special thanks to them and to all armed service members on Veteran’s Day and during the holiday season. Armed forces members and their families make huge sacri ces and we hold them in the highest esteem and gratitude.
is year has own past, and we are reminded that we have much to be thankful for. In the spirit of the anksgiving season, we wish you all a very happy holiday. Have a wonderful anksgiving season.
And remember to wager wisely, and keep your play fun at the casinos.
