BOarona Education Grant Program Has Awarded Over $800,000
n October 28th, the sta and students of 13 Soledad Enrichment Action e Barona Education Grant Program is the rst of its kind in California created (SEA) charter schools from Long Beach to Los Angeles to Pomona joined and administered by a Tribal Government. e goal of the program is to create 45th District Assembly member Kevin de Leon to accept a $65,000 education strong educational opportunities for the children of California, building upon the
grant from the Barona Band of Mission Indians. e check was presented by Edwin “ orpe” Romero, Chairman of the Barona Band of Mission Indians, and represented
$5,000 for each school as part of the Barona Education Grant Program.
Since 2006, the Barona Band of Mission Indians has been helping lessen the blow of budget cuts for schools throughout California with the creation of the Barona Education
Grant program, which has awarded more than $800,000 to over 165 schools statewide, including $140,000 to the SEA schools over the past two years.
TSan Pasqual Reservation Fire Department Obtains New Ladder Truck
