This month we’re celebrating the rst annual Southern California Gaming Guide Best SlotsTM 2012: your choices for the best slots of the year. ere are thousands of exciting slots to play in Southern California casinos, and we wanted to know your favorites. Every year, for the past ten years, voting for Best Slots was part of the Best of Southern California GamingTM Reader’s Choice Awards, which we will run in August this year, without the
awards you just voted on. is year, we decided to have a standalone Best Slots issue.
ere are 24 categories and a total of 72 awards in the Southern California Gaming Guide Best Slots 2012. Slot
creators are thrilled to have your votes, as only you — Southern California casino players, and our readers — can determine the best slots and the best casinos you play them in. Of the 24 write-in votes, nine were casino-related awards including Loosest Slots, Best Casino Slot Floor, and Best Casino Penny Slots and more. e Best Slot awards begin on page 18. And thank you, every one, who took the time to ll out the write-in ballot online and by mail. All completed Best Slots ballots were entered into a drawing for fun prizes.
