When you  rst walk into Final Cut, a towering wall of wine greets you. From silky reds to refreshing whites, the wine selection has something for every wine connoisseur. For those who are not seasoned wine enthusiasts, an in-house sommelier is available to help you with your selection.
In addition to impressive wine selections, the breathtaking views of the Southern California mountain range are sure to delight. Whether it’s in the dining room or on the patio, the views of the sun setting over the landscape add to the luxurious ambiance.
James Bond suit, you feel like you are dining amongst the stars.
While the atmosphere of Final Cut is truly amazing, the true star of the show is the food. With fresh seafood o erings and melt-in-your mouth steaks, there is something for everyone’s palate.
Start your dining experience with a fresh Chilled Seafood Platter, which includes crab legs, oysters, blackened tuna and shrimp. Other appetizers o ered are Pacific Oysters on the Half Shell, Braised Pork Belly, Calamari and other delightful options. If you would like to start your meal with a lighter option,
there are multiple salads that include a Baby Iceberg Wedge, Jumbo Lump Crab “Louie” salad, and the classic options.

Steak items on the Final Cut menu are, by far, the favorites amongst our diners. Some steak selections include Certified Angus Beef Filet and Bone-In Ribeye, Prime New York, or Prime Top Sirloin. Each steak can be accompanied by various sauces or enhancements including Bordelaise sauce, broiled bleu cheese, or garlic herb butter. For those who wish to have a Surf and Turf option,
you can order crab legs, lobster tail, or your steak “Oscar Style” that includes a delicious lump crabmeat asparagus served on top of your steak covered in Béarnaise sauce.
Each entrée has the option of a choice of a variety of sides that include creamy macaroni and cheese, perfectly roasted rosemary fingerling
potatoes, and classic pommes frites (French fries). And, if you have not had your  ll, there is a delicious and decadent selection of desserts. Enjoy sorbet prepared fresh in-house, beignets that rival those from the South, and cappuccinos that serve
