“When I heard the name, I thought they had said someone else.” Maria stated, “But then my husband started yelling, ‘ ey are calling your name! ey are calling your name!’”
Maria had been drawn the grand prize winner of Soboba Casino’s New Year’s Day Corvette Giveaway, a brand new 2018 Corvette Stingray. Her name was
drawn at random from more than 5,045 entries into the drawing.
“I started shaking right away. I was so excited,” she said. For Maria, there was no question whether she would take the car or the cash buyout.“I knew right away that I wanted to take the car. It is my husband’s dream car. I couldn’t believe it. I was thinking, what’s going to happen next!”

568-room hotel with a grand opening on March 3rd that includes a ribbon cutting with dignitaries and Tribal elected o cials, a vip poolside party with celebrities in attendance at the new 4.5-acre pool complex, The Cove, and a rock concert featuring artist Steven Tyler inside the all-new Pechanga Summit event center.

encompasses 7,600 square feet and features a swim-up bar with underwater seating and a Baja ledge for chaises and daybeds that skim the water. Another 2,400 square feet pool features a family-friendly setting with two twisty waterslides that splash guests into a beach-entry pool. Next to the pool, children can run through sprinkling water features at the splash pad. A third is a 1,200 square foot vip pool.
