Lucky Wins!
Someone is always winning every day at Southern California casinos. We all go to the casino with the expectation to have fun, and, if luck is by our side, to win. But win or not, we always want to see who’s been winning what, where and how.
By popular demand, we’re celebrating lucky wins and jackpot winners at featured Southern California casinos from the past several months. It’s our third winners’ issue this year. And the happy faces you see on pages 12, 13, and 15 are just a small number of the thousands of big cash and promotion jackpot winners that recently won $10,000-plus. Check out the latest lucky slot jackpot and promotion winners, and don’t forget to see even more Big Winners! photos on page 26. And read Finding Your Sweet Slot: Hold and Re-Spin Slots online in the Digital Bonus to find out why so many players win on some of the most popular slots.
Plus, on page 9, check out Luck: Are You A Believer? If you carry a lucky token, wear your special socks or make sure to go to the casino on your lucky day, you are part of a vast number of casino players who believe in luck.
Thank you everyone who voted for the Southern California Gaming Guide Reader’s Choice 2021 Best CasinosTM in August. We’ll announce the 2021 Best Casinos next month in the October issue, as well as the two MacBook Air Laptop winners of 2021 Best Casinos Reader’s Choice Drawing.
There are lots of casino events this month to read about in Gaming News, pages 4 and 6, including Labor Day Weekend and Football Casino Fun. And it’s Native American Day on Friday, September 24th. Celebrated as a holiday in California and South Dakota, Native American Day honors Native American cultures and contributions to their respective states. Check page 4 for your favorite Southern California casinos’ celebrations of this special day.
With covid-19 Delta variant case rates now on the rise, areas of Southern California have re-designated their mask mandates. As of our press time, many Southern California casinos are requesting or requiring the use of masks indoors for everyone’s safety.
Stay cool and enjoy September casino events and the end of summer. And as always, wager wisely, and keep your play fun at the casinos.
