One Year—Twelve Issues—And Many More to Come!
ne year ago this month, we began publishing The San Diego Gaming Guide and within a month we heard from you by letter, phone and e-mail. You sent wonderful words of appreciation and encouragement, you sent suggestions, and within six months we expanded to become the Southern California Gaming Guide! We went from 120,000 copies a month to over 200,000 each month and also increased our distribution locations to 3,000 throughout Southern California! Continue to pick up your copies at 7-Elevens, Ralphs, Albertsons, Vons
supermarkets, Blockbuster Video stores, bottle shops, independent convenience stores and ethnic groceries. Visitors can nd the Gaming Guide at hotels, motels,
car rental agencies and tourist centers.
And 2003 will be a busy year for our staff! We are continually
adding nationally recognized gaming writers who share their information and experience with you so you can get the most from your casino fun. After all, knowledge is power!
We will continue to bring you news, information and entertainment on these pages. We have a lot of fun and interesting features planned, but once again, let us know what you want to read about and what you want to see! After our rst year, we are thrilled to continue to bring you many more issues of the Southern California Gaming Guide! Meanwhile, wager wisely and have fun at the casinos!
