Only one entry per person allowed. Winners will be chosen randomly, with names to be drawn by an independent auditing firm.
Contestants must include name, address, and contact details for prizes to be sent to them. The poll and survey form must be completely filled out to be eligible for any prizes. All information will remain confidential.
All winners will be notified by phone or mail and winners’ names will be posted on www.TheGamingGuide.com no later than November 1, 2003.
Early entry winners (first 100 respondents) will receive tote bags by mail within three weeks of receipt of survey entry.
The Southern California Gaming Guide’s employees, associates, suppliers and their family members are not eligible for prize drawings.
