A Champagne Brunch Bu et on Sunday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., ($8.95) comes complete with omelet and carving stations, a salad bar, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, machaca, corned beef hash, sausage, bacon, fresh-baked biscuits and gravy, rice & beans, chicken fajitas, Ranchero Beef, and homemade menudo and tortillas. And on every
