WValley View’s New 12-Ton Aquarium Featured on Animal Planet’s Tanked

Tanked follows business partners, brothers-in-law, and best friends
Wayde King and Brett Raymer, as they create unique, often extravagant and outrageous aquariums at their family- owned business, Acrylic Tank Manufacturing, located in Las Vegas. It is the largest acrylic aquarium manufacturing company in the nation. In the May 19th episode of Tanked, titled “Polar Opposites,” viewers got to watch Wayde and Brett as they took on the ambitious task of building Valley View Casino & Hotel’s new aquarium in only three weeks.
Weighing in at an astonishing 24,000 pounds (12 tons), the aquarium is 35 feet in length and holds 3,500 gallons of salt water. It is an exciting new addition to Black & Blue, Valley View Casino & Hotel’s award- winning steakhouse.
“After all the hard work, seeing the nished aquarium is truly spectacular,” said Bruce Howard, General Manager at Valley View Casino & Hotel. “Even more gratifying though, is seeing the enjoyment on the faces of our guests and team members as they experience our newest attraction.
