Chumash Casino Resort’s $165 million casino- hotel expansion project placed signi cant emphasis on increasing the number of dining options on the property and re ning its popular o erings — the AAA Four Diamond-rated Willows restaurant, the Buffet and Chumash Café.
Willows and the Bu et were remodeled and opened to rave reviews in late 2015.  e new and expanded Chumash Café opened in May along with an all-new food court, which o ers four separate outlets and designated seating.
At 3,350 square feet, the new Chumash Café seats approximately 125 diners who will be served the best that comfort food has to o er. It’s a place where rustic farm tables sit next to New York/SoHo loft style windows and concrete walls. 15 suites to 320 rooms and 55 suites.
