New Slots 2018
To begin the New Year, this month we feature nine new super slots, all shown at the casino industry’s main trade show, the Global Gaming Expo, known as G2E, in Las Vegas last October. We saw literally hundreds of new slots, and came away with a list of games we believe will be big hits in 2018. Starting
on page 18, you can read New Slots 2018 that includes our picks we think will be games that players will make some of their favorites. Each slot has a special feature, and each one, we believe, will become go-to games for Southern California players.
Each New Year we look forward to exciting possibilities for our readers and advertisers, with our continuing e ort to make the Southern California Gaming GuideTM the best it can be. is month, we’ve added more pages to include more coverage on all your favorite things: the games you play at Southern California casinos. Look for new features in the next few months.
And be sure to check out Gaming News, this month starting on page 4, and in coming months for news about exciting Southern California casino expansions. 2018 marks over twenty years of Southern California Native American casino gaming and many casinos are expanding to serve guests better.
If you make New Year’s resolutions every year, you may nd contributor Maya Winkler’s thoughts about resolution-making insightful. is year, in place of resolutions, she created seven Casino Fun Goals for 2018. But what’s in a name? A goal is a resolution, in any another word. See page 28 for her list.
When we created the Southern California Gaming Guide in 2002, we established this monthly as an advocate for Responsible Gaming. It’s important to remember at the start the New Year to play responsibly and keep your play fun. If you, or someone you know, wants information about responsible gaming, contact the California Council on Problem Gambling via the information on page 25.
Our heartfelt thoughts are with all our readers and the brave re ghters a ected by the recent Southern California wild res.
Our sta , contributors and I wish you a fantastic and lucky 2018. May you have good health, love in your life, and may all your casino dreams come true. Remember to always keep your play fun at the casinos.
We wish you a Happy New Year!
