e’re all accustomed to the welcome convenience of having valet service at the casino. At Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino guests now have the added option to
text ahead using an easy new service. e Four-Diamond Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage and its sister property, Spa Resort Casino in downtown Palm Springs, recently announced the addition of a valet texting service to their existing array of complimentary parking amenities.
A talented team of developers from Fusion RS, an IT services company owned and operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, designed the innovative texting service. Fusion RS’s unique proprietary design for the casinos’ valet texting service advances and redefines the use of hand-held devices and their power to elevate the guest experience. By adding a texting service to their valet parking amenity, Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino expand beyond the traditional process of waiting outside by providing the option for guests to continue with their activities at the casino resorts until their vehicles are ready and waiting for pickup.
The new process is simple. When a guest drops their vehicle at valet, they will receive the

usual valet ticket. When ready
to depart, they now have the
added option of texting the last
four digits of their valet ticket
number to the phone number
printed on the ticket. Guests
will then receive text notification indicating that their vehicle is ready for them to pick up. Both properties are offering this service year-round as well as the continued option to wait for vehicles at valet plus, providing conveniently located covered parking.
