arona Valley Ranch Resort and Casino is spicing things up with their newest dining venue, Sage, an upscale reinvention of casual dining. With a nod toward the resort’s high level of luxury, Sage o ers guests the choice of an all-day menu of innovative California
cuisine featuring a rich variety of tastes, all delivered in an elegant setting.
 e restaurant joins Barona Valley Ranch’s list of award-winning dining options and is located in the casino o  the west wing hotel lobby. Taking full advantage of the area’s spectacular surroundings, a glass enclosed conservatory was crafted, enhanced by copper ceilings and marble  oors, featuring panoramic views of the Barona Valley and the championship Barona Creek Golf Club. California artist Marshall Hall, known for his elaborate murals and colorful stills, was commissioned by the Barona Band of Mission Indians to create original artwork especially for Sage.
 e menu includes a selection of creative entrée salads and handcrafted sandwiches including a Broiled Salmon and Asparagus Salad, Grilled Vegetable Panini with Herbed Goat Cheese and a Build Your Own Burger with 12 tantalizing toppings from which to choose. Signature main course o erings include a variety of rich home-style foods and choice cut meats
including Blue-Plate Meatloaf; savory Sage Shepherd’s Casserole; Broiled Salmon with Fresh Herbs, White Wine and Pistachio Rice Pilaf; Beer Braised Short Ribs served alongside Macaroni and Cheese and Green Beans, and a Grilled Lamb Sirloin with Tomato-Mint Salsa, Rice Pilaf and Cotija.
